Providers in our network are independent businesses. They answer for their own estimates, prices, products, work and customer service. If you have trouble with work done in your home, start by raising it with the provider directly. Keep a written record as you go.
We still want to hear about it. Feedback on providers helps keep our network honest, and providers who keep falling short of what we expect may be removed. Please know that Ourlaughing Pest Control cannot settle contract disputes, refund money for a provider's work, or make decisions for a provider.
If your worry is about how a pesticide was applied, you can also contact the agency that regulates pest control in Minnesota.

We will confirm we received your complaint by email, usually within a few business days. Then we look into what happened, which may mean contacting the provider. After that, we reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.
If our reply does not settle it, answer the email and ask us to look again. You can also reach out to your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or to your local Better Business Bureau.
